Available, Silver Laced Wyandotte pullets, ages very from 6 weeks upto a few older hens which I have kept daughters from. Please message for details.
Wyandottes are smart, confidant little birds, which lay a good sized egg for a bantam. very attractive with tight feathering and clean legged. They are greedy and soon get to know who feeds them, and love a handful of split maize ( but only a small amount !!!!!!) as a special treat. Go mad after windfall apples, and also plums and damsons ! A cabbage hung up keeps them happy for ages, but the also need ad lib age appropriate food, such as growers pellets. Clean fresh water every day is essential as is a clean dry coop to roost in, and an enclosed run to keep them safe from predators, preferable with a solid roof to keep it dry.
Please message for details, collection only from ST18 0RB by arrangement.
